Ms. Knight serves as the Executive Vice President of ComplexCare Solutions, a subsidiary of Inovalon.  Ms. Knight is responsible for the operational execution and financial delivery of all prospective and retrospective services provided by CCS, including member engagement programs, telehealth, home assessments, and medical record retrieval and review.  Since joining CCS in 2014, Rachel has made tremendous contributions to the growth of our intervention’s portfolio by building an organization focused on operational excellence.

Prior to her time at CCS, Ms. Knight spent over a decade working at Healthways in various leadership roles supporting call center operations, chronic disease management, health coaching, and product design.  Prior to working at Healthways, Ms. Knight worked in the clinical setting performing direct patient care with areas of emphasis in Neurology, Orthopedics, and Hospice. Ms. Knight is a Registered Nurse who graduated with her Nursing Degree from Tennessee State University.  She is also a certified Health Coach.

Chad Bentley

Chad Bentley serves as the Vice President, Finance of ComplexCare Solutions, a subsidiary of Inovalon.  In this role, Chad is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analytics, headcount planning, capital planning and management, strategic planning oversight, coupled with extensive partnering with operations to optimize profitability.

Prior to joining Inovalon in 2019, Chad served as Senior Director of Finance at Rent-A-Center, where he was responsible for planning and forecasting detailed expense plans for a 4,000-store retail portfolio, with expenses totaling over $1.5 billion annually.  He coordinated with store operations and other departments to model their key drivers and strategic initiatives, and also supervised the M&A process for store purchases and divestitures, and smaller company acquisitions.

Prior to Rent-A-Center, Chad worked for General Electric in their Transportation Division, where he was responsible for GE’s global inventory analysis, valued at over $1 billion in over 300 locations and 30 countries.

He has also served in corporate finance roles at STERIS Healthcare, a multi-billion dollar global provider of patient healthcare solutions, where he managed the finance sector of their $500mm corporate supply chain, as well as developed financial reviews for corporate departments and business segments, and initiated their Return on Invested Capital training and implementation. Chad received his graduate MBA degree in Finance from Averett University in Virginia, and his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Washington College in Maryland, where he was on the Varsity Men’s Rowing team.

Dr. Hines serves as the Chief Medical Officer of ComplexCare Solutions, a subsidiary of Inovalon.  Dr. Hines provides clinical expertise to inform and support our in-home interventions and clinical operations.  She also oversees many of the clinical quality and training programs that support the business.  As a licensed and Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with over 15 years of clinical and healthcare administration experience, she has held a variety of leadership positions in primary/urgent care centers, physician associations, and healthcare organizations. 

Dr. Hines is a strong advocate for equitable high quality clinical care and improving the health of patients, families, and communities.  She received her medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School and her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Baltimore.

Tom currently serves as the Vice President, Technology of ComplexCare Solutions, a subsidiary of Inovalon.  In that role, he is responsible for all areas of technology supporting Software Engineering, IT Operations, HelpDesk Support, Corporate IT, Telephony and all other technology services.

Mr. Laughlin started at Inovalon in 2003.  Prior to his current role, Mr. Laughlin was the Associate Vice President, Software Engineering Technology for Inovalon.  

In this role, Mr. Laughlin led software engineering for a number of products focused on quality and risk adjustment data ingestion, analytics, visualization and reporting for health plans leveraging cloud and big data technologies at enterprise scale.  Mr. Laughlin has also served in Product and Sales leadership roles at Inovalon. Mr. Laughlin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Roger currently serves as the Vice President, Revenue Operations of ComplexCare Solutions, a subsidiary of Inovalon.  In that role, he oversees all aspects of Business Development and Customer Success.

Prior to joining CCS, Mr. Marcell served as the Senior Director and General Manager for Retrospective Risk Adjustment at Inovalon. In this role, Mr. Marcell was responsible for end-to-end execution for Capitated Risk Adjustment CARA®, from analytics and medical record collection strategy, through medical record data abstraction, data submission, and reporting. This solution enables Inovalon’s client partners to drive meaningful improvements in risk score accuracy, provider documentation, RADV support, and financial performance. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the client service delivery space and 10 years in the payer/provider sector.

Mr. Marcell has been with Inovalon for more than nine years where under his leadership Inovalon has modernized its call center operations training and infrastructure, expanded the integration of Clinical Data Extraction capabilities into the Retrospective Risk Adjustment workflow, and improved HCC validation rates with application of Natural Language Processing into Inovalon’s medical record data abstraction practices.

Prior to joining Inovalon, Mr. Marcell held global call center management leadership roles at Edison Worldwide and Transparent BPO, where he oversaw multi-national call center operations teams providing sales support and customer service to large tech companies, financial service organizations, and government agencies. Mr. Marcell studied in Towson University’s School of Business and Economics, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and was a student athlete with the Towson University Men’s Baseball Team.

Brian currently serves as the Associate Vice President, Talent Acquisition of ComplexCare Solutions, a subsidiary of Inovalon.  In that role, he oversees all Onboarding and Talent Acquisition initiatives.  Brian strives to bring forth an effective and equitable hiring strategy that lends itself to a great hiring and onboarding experience for both the Candidates and Hiring Managers that he and his teams support.

Prior to joining CCS, Brian spent 7 years working with Peak Health Solutions.  During his time with that organization, he supported the staffing needs of Hospitals and Health Plans across the country with a focus on Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Home Health and Case Management.

In 2017, Brian joined CCS as a Manager of Talent Acquisition with the responsibility of driving Talent Acquisition Initiatives for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants performing home health services across the country.  Over the course of his 5+ years with the organization, Brian has also stepped in to support the creation of effective Talent Sourcing Solutions, management of Technical Recruitment, Call Center Recruitment and leadership of the companies Internship Program.  All of his achievements start first and foremost with the incredible individuals that make up his Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Teams. Mr. Pratt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
